Refund and Return Policy
Fan-Zones.com will gladly refund or exchange items purchased within 30 days from date of purchase. (Refunds do not include shipping charges.) Items returned, as verifiably non-defective will only incur a restocking fee if priced over $50.00.
Fan-Zones.com will not accept exchanges or returns on items not purchased directly from Fan-Zones.com.
General
• * 30-day return policy for full refund—item must be unused and include all original packaging.
• For any defective equipment: Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, a prepaid return label will be sent to you by email. (Restocking and shipping fees are waived in this case.)
* Refunds do not include shipping charges.
How to Return Merchandise for a Refund or Exchange
Acquire an RMA number
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers are obtained by contacting our Customer Service department by emailing customerservice@Fan-Zones.com.com. Remember to have your order number ready.
